Constitution and function of appeals committee
18. Constitution and function of appeals committee
(1) There shall be a committee called the appeals committee.
(2) The appeals committee shall consist of-
(a) such persons as the council deems fit appointed by the council; and
(b) the chairman for the time being of the executive committee.
(3) Subject to this Part the function of the appeals committee shall be to
take such action as may be necessary or expedient to raise funds for and to
secure such aid as may be conducive to the carrying out of the objects of the
council.
(4) The appeals committee shall furnish an annual report of its proceedings to
the council and such other reports as may from time to time be requested by
the president.
