Powers and duties of finance committee

15. Powers and duties of finance committee



(1) Subject to the general control of the council the finance committee-

   (a)  shall have the management of the property investments and funds of the
        council; and

   (b)  shall have and may exercise all such other powers and duties as are
        conferred or imposed on it by or under this Part.

(2) The finance committee shall furnish an annual report of its proceedings to
the council.
