11. Preparation of annual report of proceedings of council and committees



(1) The president of the council shall in every year within fourteen days
after the annual meeting of the council cause to be prepared a general report
of the proceedings and activities of the council and of each of the committees
thereof during the year terminating at such annual meeting.

(2) Such general report shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament within
one month after such annual meeting if Parliament is then sitting and if
Parliament is not then sitting then within one month after the next meeting of
Parliament.
