Unauthorised access to or interference with Register

54. Unauthorised access to or interference with Register

A person must not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful
authority-

   (a)  obtain access to the Register or information contained in the
        Register; or

   (b)  make, alter or delete an entry in the Register; or

   (c)  interfere with the Register in any other way.

Penalty: 100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
