BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1996 - SECT 47
Access policies(1) The Registrar must maintain a written statement of the policies on which access to information contained in the Register is to be given or denied under this Division.
(2) The Registrar must give a copy of the statement, on request, to any person.
