Registrar may forward medical certificates

21. Registrar may forward medical certificates

Despite anything to the contrary in any Act or law, the Registrar may forward
or make available to the Commonwealth Statistician or to the Secretary of the
Department of Human Services any medical certificate in his or her possession
or under his or her control relating to any perinatal death.
