Functions of the Building Commission

47A. Functions of the Building Commission

The functions of the Building Commission under this Act are-

   (a)  to keep under regular review the administration and effectiveness of
        this Act and the regulations; and

   (b)  to keep a register of authorised nominating authorities in accordance
        with section 47B; and

   (c)  to keep records of adjudication determinations and review
        determinations in accordance with section 47C; and

   (d)  to publish adjudication determinations and review determinations in
        accordance with section 47C; and

   (e)  generally to carry out any other function or duty given to it, or
        imposed on it, by this Act.
