Authorised nominating authority to provide information

43B. Authorised nominating authority to provide information



(1) An authorised nominating authority must provide the Building Commission
with such non-identifying information as may be reasonably requested by the
Commission in relation to the activities of the authority under this Act.

(2) Information requested under subsection (1) may include information
regarding-

   (a)  the nomination of adjudicators and appointment of review adjudicators;
        and

   (b)  the assessment of the eligibility of persons to be adjudicators; and

   (c)  the fees charged by the authorised nominating authority; and

   (d)  the fees charged by adjudicators.

(3) In this section non-identifying information means information-

   (a)  that does not identify any person or disclose their address or
        location; or

   (b)  from which any person's identity, address or location cannot
        reasonably be determined.
