The Building Commission may impose conditions

43. The Building Commission may impose conditions

The Building Commission may, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the
Minister under section 44-

   (a)  impose conditions on an authority given under section 42; and

   (b)  at any time, vary or revoke any conditions previously imposed on that
        authority.

Note An applicant can appeal to the Building Appeals Board under section 144A
of the Building Act 1993 against the imposition or variation of a condition
under section 43.
