Procedure for obtaining payment

32. Procedure for obtaining payment



(1) The following procedure must be followed to obtain payment of the money
owed-

   (a)  firstly, a debt certificate must have been issued for the money owed
        (as provided by section 33); and

   (b)  secondly, the claimant must serve a notice of claim on the principal.

(2) A notice of claim is a notice in the prescribed form together with a copy
of the debt certificate.
