Respondent required to pay adjudicated amount

28M. Respondent required to pay adjudicated amount



(1) Subject to sections 28B and 28N, if an adjudicator determines that a
respondent is required to pay an adjudicated amount, the respondent must pay
that amount to the claimant on or before the relevant date.

(2) In this section relevant date means-

   (a)  the date that is 5 business days after the date on which a copy of the
        adjudication determination is given to the respondent under section
        23A; or

   (b)  if the adjudicator determines a later date under section 23(1)(b),
        that later date.
