28C. Application for review by claimant



(1) Subject to this section, a claimant may apply for a review of an
adjudication determination (an adjudication review).

(2) An application under this section may only be made on the ground that the
adjudicator failed to take into account a relevant amount in making an
adjudication determination because it was wrongly determined to be an excluded
amount.
