23A. Adjudication determination to be given to parties and Building Commission

The authorised nominating authority to whom the adjudication application was
made must give a copy of the adjudication determination-

   (a)  to the claimant and the respondent, as soon as practicable after it is
        made; and

   (b)  to the Building Commission within 5 business days after it is made.
