BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SECURITY OF PAYMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 2
Commencement(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day to be proclaimed.
(2) If this Act does not come into operation before 31 January 2003, it comes into operation on that day.
