Applications for registration or renewal of registration

75C. Applications for registration or renewal of registration



(1) A person who seeks to apply to register, or to renew the registration of,
a cooling tower system, must-

   (a)  submit the appropriate application form to the Commission; and

   (b)  submit with the form any relevant fee required by the regulations.

(2) The form-

   (a)  must be prepared in accordance with any requirements specified in the
        regulations; and

   (b)  must include all the details required by the regulations; and

   (c)  must be submitted in accordance with the regulations.
