Register of occupancy permits and temporary approvals
74. Register of occupancy permits and temporary approvals
(1) A council must keep a register of all occupancy permits and temporary
approvals and amendments given to it under this Division.
(2) A council must make the register available for inspection during normal
office hours by any person.
