Form of application

66. Form of application



An application must-

   (a)  be in a form approved by the relevant building surveyor; and

   (b)  be accompanied by the fees-

   (i)  determined by the council in accordance with the
        Local Government Act 1989; or

   (ii) in the case of an application to a private building surveyor,
        determined by the private building surveyor.
