Inspection of places of public entertainment

63. Inspection of places of public entertainment



(1) The municipal building surveyor of a municipal district may cause any
place of public entertainment in that municipal district for which an
occupancy permit has been issued under this Division to be inspected from time
to time to determine whether or not the permit is being complied with.

(2) The Commission may cause any place of public entertainment for which an
occupancy permit has been issued by the Commission under this Division to be
inspected from time to time to determine whether or not the permit is being
complied with.
