Form of occupancy permit

45. Form of occupancy permit



An occupancy permit under this Division must specify-

   (a)  the prescribed classification of the building or part of a building to
        which it applies; and

   (b)  the proposed use of the building or part of a building; and

   (c)  the maximum permissible live load within the building or part of a
        building, if applicable; and

   (d)  the maximum number of people to be accommodated within the building or
        part of a building, as determined in accordance with the regulations;
        and

   (e)  any conditions to which it is subject.
