BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 233

Any person may complain to Energy Safe Victoria about the exercise of a power—

        (a)     under Subdivision 2 by Energy Safe Victoria; or

        (b)     under this Division by a person authorised to act on behalf of Energy Safe Victoria.
