BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 221ZZJ
Owner/occupier must report the completion of required work(1) An owner or occupier who is required by a plumbing order or emergency plumbing order to ensure that plumbing work is carried out must advise the plumbing inspector who issued the order that the work has been carried out as soon as is practicable after the work is finished.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) On receiving the advice, the plumbing inspector must inspect the work.
