BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 205P

The Authority is, and may carry out the functions of, the relevant building surveyor under Part 5 in relation to—

        (a)     an application to the Authority for an occupancy permit under section 53(2) ; and

        (b)     the issue of that permit; and

        (c)     the amendment or cancellation of that permit.
