Effect on local laws

13. Effect on local laws



(1) A local law made under Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1989 has no
force or effect to the extent that it provides for any matter set out in Part
1 of Schedule 1.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a local law made under the powers
conferred by the building regulations.
