One undertaking may be entered in respect of number of charges

28. One undertaking may be entered in respect of number of charges

Where an accused person is taken into custody upon charges for two or more
offences he may be admitted to bail upon his entering, together with his
sureties (if any), into one undertaking for his appearance at a stated time
and place upon all the charges.
