AMBULANCE SERVICES ACT 1986 - SECT 51
Former members of committee of management to remain in officeThe members of the committee of management of an ambulance service continue to
hold office as directors of the board of the ambulance service after
section 11 of the Ambulance Services (Amendment) Act 2004 comes into
operation for the remaining period for which they were appointed, subject to
sections 17(8) and 17(9) of this Act.
