AMBULANCE SERVICES ACT 1986 - SECT 22A

An act or decision of the board of an ambulance service is not invalid by reason only of—

        (a)     a defect or irregularity in or in connection with the appointment of a director of the board; or

        (b)     a vacancy in the directorship of the board.
