ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 75
Authority may impose conditions on registration(1) The Authority may impose conditions on the registration of a person as a registered ART provider under this Act only if the Authority considers it necessary in the public interest.
(2) A condition imposed under this section on a person's registration must not be inconsistent with a condition imposed on the person's RTAC accreditation and, to the extent of any inconsistency, is invalid.
(3) As soon as practicable after imposing a condition on a person's registration under this section, the Authority must give the Minister written notice about—
(a) the imposition of the condition; and
(b) the reason for the imposition of the condition.
