ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 68D

    (1)     On request of a registered ART provider, the Authority may disclose information (including identifying information) on the Central Register about the following persons for the purposes of disclosing medical information under this Part—

        (a)     a donor;

        (b)     a person born as a result of a donor treatment procedure;

        (c)     a parent of a person born as a result of a donor treatment procedure.

    (2)     Before disclosing that a person is a donor of a person born as a result of a donor treatment procedure, the Authority must be satisfied that a donor and a person born as a result of a donor treatment procedure are related within the meaning of section 56N(4).
