ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 56E
Hearing of application for production order(1) The Magistrates' Court hearing an application under section 56D(1) may require the Authority to give the Court any additional information that the Court requires concerning the grounds on which the order is sought.
(2) The respondent is entitled to be present at any hearing of an application under section 56D(1).
(3) Despite anything to the contrary in the Open Courts Act 2013 , an application under section 56D(1) must be heard in closed court.
