ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 52A

Each registered ART provider required to keep a register of pre-1988 donor treatment procedures under section 49A must, not later than 1 July in each year, give to the Authority any additional information that has been included in the register in the preceding 12 months.
