ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 100A
Guidelines(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Secretary may issue written guidelines to the Authority for the performance of functions and the exercise of powers by the Authority under this Act.
(2) The Secretary must consult with the Health Complaints Commissioner before issuing guidelines under subsection (1) that relate to the disclosure by the Authority of identifying information about a person born as a result of a pre-1998 donor treatment procedure or a pre‑1998 donor.
(3) The Authority must comply with any guidelines issued under this section.
