ALPINE RESORTS (MANAGEMENT) ACT 1997 - SECT 24
Terms of appointment of directors other than chairperson or deputy chairperson(1) A director holds office for the period, not exceeding 4 years, specified in the director's instrument of appointment.
(2) A director is eligible for re-appointment.
(3) The instrument of appointment of a director may specify terms and conditions of appointment, including any payment of remuneration or expenses.
(4) The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to a director in respect of the office of director.
