ALPINE RESORTS (MANAGEMENT) ACT 1997 - SECT 20

    (1)     Alpine Resorts Victoria is a public entity for the purposes of the Public Administration Act 2004 .

    (2)     Alpine Resorts Victoria is a public body for the purposes of the Financial Management Act 1994 .
