ALPINE RESORTS (MANAGEMENT) ACT 1997 - SECT 1

The purposes of this Act are to—

S. 1(a) substituted by No. 9/2022 s. 4.

        (a)     establish Alpine Resorts Victoria; and

        (b)     provide for the management of several alpine resorts; and

        (c)     amend the Alpine Resorts Act 1983 ; and

        (d)     make various other related provisions and amendments to other Acts.
