Interim relief
9. Interim relief
The Supreme Court, in order to prevent irreparable damage pending judicial
review, may by order suspend the operation, or postpone the coming into
effect, of a decision made or to be made by a tribunal or restrain the
implementing thereof until the expiration of fourteen days from the furnishing
by the tribunal of a statement of reasons as provided by subsection (1) of
section 8 or for such further time as the Court shall deem fit.
