15. Supreme Court-Limitation of jurisdiction



(1) It is the intention of section 4(3) and (4) as substituted by item 2.1 of
Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Licensing Authorities (Miscellaneous
Amendments) Act 1998, to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act
1975.





(2) It is the intention of section 4(3), as amended by the Fair Trading
(Amendment) Act 2003, to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act
1975.
