Trusts to be constituted and reservations of reserves revoked

8. Trusts to be constituted and reservations of reserves revoked

On the appointed day, without any further or other authority than this Act-

   (a)  the persons whose names appear on the register published in relation
        to the Framlingham reserve and who are still living shall together
        constitute a body corporate to be known as the Framlingham Aboriginal
        Trust, and the persons whose names appear on the register published in
        relation to the Lake Tyers reserve and who are still living shall
        together constitute a body corporate to be known as the Lake Tyers
        Aboriginal Trust; and

   (b)  any reservation of the Framlingham reserve or the Lake Tyers reserve
        made under any Act relating to Crown lands shall be revoked.
