4. Register to be exhibited

The Minister shall cause a copy of each such register certified by him to be a
true copy thereof to be exhibited at the reserve concerned for a period of two
months, together with a notice calling upon interested persons having
objections to the register to notify their objections to the Minister in
writing before a specified date, being not less than three months after the
date on which the register and notice are first exhibited.
