Administrator to establish advisory committee

23G. Administrator to establish advisory committee



(1) The Administrator must establish an advisory committee which the
Administrator must consult in relation to his or her conduct of the affairs of
the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust.

(2) The advisory committee must be established after the appointment of the
Administrator without delay.

(3) The advisory committee must include at least-

   (a)  3 persons who were members of the committee of management of the Lake
        Tyers Aboriginal Trust immediately before the appointment of the
        Administrator; and

   (b)  2 persons, not being members of the committee of management of the
        Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust, who are residents of the reserve.
