Notice of appointment

23E. Notice of appointment

As soon as practicable after the appointment of an Administrator, the Minister
must publish notice of the appointment and the period of the appointment, in-

   (a)  the Government Gazette; and

   (b)  a newspaper (if any) circulating generally in the area where the Lake
        Tyers Aboriginal reserve is located.
