ABORIGINAL LANDS ACT 1970 - SECT 23A
Minister may require Trust to comply with ActIf the Minister believes on reasonable grounds that a Trust has failed to comply with a provision of this Act, the Minister may, by notice served on the Chairperson of the Trust, require the committee of management of the Trust to take the action specified in the notice, within a reasonable period of time specified in the notice, for the purpose of complying with this Act.
