Aboriginal Lands Act 1970 - SECT 17 

Seal

17. Seal

The seal of the Trust shall be kept by the Secretary and shall be affixed to a
document only by resolution of the committee of management, and when affixed
shall be authenticated by the signatures of two members of the committee of
management and the Secretary.
