Nature of Trusts

10. Nature of Trusts

A Trust shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall by the
name assigned to it by this Act be capable in law of suing and being sued, of
purchasing taking holding selling leasing taking on lease exchanging and
disposing of real and personal property, and of doing and suffering all such
other things as corporations are by law capable of doing and suffering.
