Rules of association

6. Rules of association

The rules of an incorporated association or proposed incorporated association
comply with this section if-

   (a)  they make provision, subject to and in accordance with this Act,
        whether by the adoption of the model rules or otherwise, for-

   (i)  the several matters that are specified in the Schedule; and

   (ii) such other matters (if any) as are prescribed; and

   (b)  they are divided into paragraphs which are designated by letters in
        alphabetical order or are numbered consecutively.
