Registrar may enter into arrangements or agreements

38A. Registrar may enter into arrangements or agreements

The Registrar may enter into arrangements or agreements with any person or
body to act as the agent of the Registrar in the carrying out of the
Registrar's functions except any function under section 7(2), 10(4A), 31AB, 35
or 36E.
