Police aid for inspectors

37O. Police aid for inspectors



(1) An inspector may call to his or her aid a member of the police force if he
or she is obstructed, or believes on reasonable grounds that he or she will be
obstructed, in the exercise of his or her functions as an inspector.

(2) A member of the police force has, while acting in aid of an inspector, all
the functions of an inspector.
