PART VIIIA POWERS OF INSPECTION

Definitions

37A. Definitions

In this Part- Director means the Director within the meaning of the
Fair Trading Act 1999; legal practitioner means an Australian legal
practitioner within the meaning of the Legal Profession Act 2004.
