Statutory manager to report to Registrar

31J. Statutory manager to report to Registrar



(1) On the receipt of a request from the Registrar, a statutory manager must,
without delay, prepare and give to the Registrar a report showing how the
statutory management is being carried out.

(2) The Registrar may give a copy of the report to the incorporated
association.
