ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 142B
Procedure for advisory committees(1) A quorum of a Council advisory committee consists of a majority of the members of the committee for the time being.
(2) Subject to this Act, a Council advisory committee may regulate its own proceedings.
