ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 105

The Minister may, at any time, amend or revoke an ongoing protection declaration—

        (a)     on the application of the Council; or

        (b)     on the application of a relevant registered Aboriginal party; or

        (c)     on the Minister's own initiative.
